Your product deserves design that converts.

I design digital products that users love and businesses scale on — from first wireframe to shipped feature, with 11 years of enterprise-grade experience behind every decision.

The real problem

Most products don’t fail because of code.
They fail because of design.

T H E   P A I N

You’re leaving retention, revenue, and trust on the table

Your dev team ships fast but users drop off. Your product has features, but no clear flow. Stakeholders want results but UX is treated as cosmetics. You need a designer who thinks like a product strategist — not someone who just makes things prettier.

T H E   S O L U T I O N

Strategic UX/UI design built around your business outcomes

I embed as your senior product designer — leading discovery, research, architecture, and visual design end-to-end. Every decision maps to a measurable goal: more conversions, less churn, faster onboarding, sharper product-market fit.

What's Included

Everything your product needs.
Nothing it doesn’t.

UX Research & Discovery
User interviews, behavioral analysis, competitive audits, and synthesis into actionable insights before a single screen is designed.
Information Architecture
Navigation maps, user flows, content hierarchies, and role-based access models that make complex products feel simple.
Wireframes & Prototypes
Low to high fidelity — from concept validation wireframes to interactive Figma prototypes ready for stakeholder review.
High-Fidelity UI Design
Pixel-precise, brand-aligned interfaces designed for your platform — web, mobile (iOS/Android), tablet, and beyond.
Design System & Components
Reusable component libraries, tokens, and documentation your engineering team can build from — and iterate on forever.
Dev Handoff & QA Support
Annotated specs, Figma handoff, dev reviews, and implementation support to protect fidelity through the build phase.
What you gain

When design is strategic,
results are measurable.

Higher conversion rates
Interfaces designed around user psychology and tested interaction patterns that guide users toward action — not confusion.

Faster user onboarding
Simplified flows and intuitive information architecture cut time-to-value for new users — reducing churn in the critical first week.

A scalable design system
Components and patterns that let your team ship new features 3× faster without rebuilding design from scratch every sprint.

Reduced dev rework
Clear, annotated specs and embedded design-dev collaboration mean fewer surprises, faster builds, and less QA debt.

Competitive differentiation
A product that doesn't just work — it's remembered. Design quality that separates you from every competitor in your category.

Higher conversion rates
Interfaces designed around user psychology and tested interaction patterns that guide users toward action — not confusion.

What you gain

From first call to shipped product.
Zero ambiguity at every step.

Research & Definition
User interviews, competitive analysis, stakeholder workshops. I synthesize everything into a design brief, journey maps, and a prioritized problem list that aligns your team before any screen is designed.
  • Weeks 1–2
03
Architecture & Wireframes
Information architecture, navigation models, and low-fidelity wireframes reviewed with your product and engineering team for feasibility and alignment.
  • Weeks 2–3

What clients say

Common questions

You probably have questions.

Do you work with early-stage startups or only enterprise clients?
Both. My background spans enterprise (EY, Carnival, MSG) and early-stage startups. The process scales — a startup engagement is more focused and fast, while enterprise work is more structured with more stakeholders. I adjust to your stage.
Can you work with our existing design system or do you build from scratch?
Either. If you have a design system I'll work within it, extend it, and document my additions. If you don't have one, building it is part of the engagement — it's one of the highest-value deliverables I produce.
Do you work remotely? Can you collaborate with our team across time zones?
100% remote. I've worked with teams in the US, Canada, EU, and LATAM simultaneously. I structure async-first workflows with synchronous touchpoints at key milestones — your team always knows what's happening.
What does engagement pricing look like?
Projects are scoped and quoted after our discovery call. Most product design engagements run 6–12 weeks. I also offer monthly retainer arrangements for teams that need embedded design leadership on an ongoing basis.
How do you handle NDA and confidentiality?
I sign NDAs before any project begins. Client work is never shared publicly without permission — which is why some portfolio pieces show anonymized or summarized case studies.
